Booking Policies

Reservations can be made via email or through the reservation form. We will confirm the availability of the reservation via email within 24 hours. A deposit payment of 60% of the total stay value is required to secure the reservation. Please make the deposit payment to the provided bank account, including the reservation date and your name in the bank transfer title. Making the payment indicates acceptance of our lodge’s terms and conditions.

The remaining balance can be settled via bank transfer prior to arrival or in cash on the day of arrival. If you require an invoice, please inform us no later than the day of arrival. Please note that we do not accept credit cards.

The minimum stay is 2 nights, except for July and August, where a minimum stay of 4 nights applies.

* The listed prices are valid from September to the end of May. During the high season (from the beginning of June to the end of August), an additional 50 PLN per night applies.
** Price for 2 people, with the possibility of accommodating 2 additional people +50 PLN/night
*** Price for 4 persons, possibility of accommodating a fifth person +50 PLN/night

Check-in and check-out times
Rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 11:00 on the day of departure. Check-in should be done before 21:00. Please inform us of your planned arrival time via email or SMS.
Cancellation of Reservation
In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. However, in the event of a travel ban issued by the government, the deposit will be refunded in accordance with government recommendations.
Modification of Reservation
Changes to the reservation can be made based on availability and no later than 6 months after the initial booking.
Additional Services

Sauna

50 PLN per session,
maximum of 5 people.

Small Boat on the Lake

Included in the rental price, subject to availability.

Bicycles

Included in the rental price, subject to availability.

Kayaks

Depending on the route of the trip, the price will vary based on the rental agency.

For infants

Baby cot, high chair, and baby bathtub are available for an additional fee of 50 PLN per stay.

Pets

Due to our own pets and to maintain a peaceful environment in our lodge, we do not accept pets.
